Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

* United States: 3–7 business days

* International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Pinnacle Clothing Co. cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
